Starting in her early teens, she became a professional snowboarder for 10 years. During this time, she co-founded and competed on the US Women’s Snowboard Team. A healthy body was critical to her ability to function at her best.
Later Dr. Dean became a massage therapist, personal trainer, and nutritionist where she helped others improve their health. She wanted to take her passion for health one step further as a licensed chiropractor. To accomplish this goal, she graduated from BYU Hawaii with a Bachelor’s in Chemistry and then attended Parker Chiropractic University where she graduated with her Doctor of Chiropractic in 2010.
After graduating, Dr. Dean continued her studies in the Chiropractic Neurology post-graduate program and became a Certified Clinical Chiropractic Neurologist. She worked in Texas where she helped children with Autism, Dyslexia, and ADHD to have a better life.

Dr. Lindsay Hall DC
Chiropractor
From the time Dr. Lindsay Hall was young, she was interested in health and constantly researching and applying principles to help heal herself innately. After a car accident left her suffering with headaches and neck pain in college, she discovered chiropractic to be the missing piece she needed to heal and became passionate about providing it to others.
Dr. Hall completed her Bachelor of Science degree at Utah State University with a study emphasis on exercise science. During her time at USU, she met and married her husband Addison. Six months after they married, Addison fell ill. Now needing to support her family, Dr. Hall started work as an office manager in a chiropractic office specialized in advanced spinal and postural rehabilitation and functional medicine. Under the doctor’s mentorship and driven to find an answer to Addison’s chronic disease, she began her studies that would lead her to find her niche in chiropractic.
Dr. Hall attended Life Chiropractic College West (LCCW) in Northern California dedicating her studies to find solutions for people suffering from chronic pain, disease, autoimmunity, and fibromyalgia. She graduated from LCCW in June 2020 with academic honors of Magna Cum Laude and clinic honors for exceeding clinic requirements. Additionally, Dr. Hall completed over 100 extra hours of functional medicine and nutrition training outside of school.
Dr. Hall believes the foundations of health are nutrition, structure, and mental health. Her mission is to help people discover the weaknesses that exist within these categories that may lead to pain and disease, providing a solution to build a strong foundation. Dr. Hall studied multiple techniques in school including Chiropractic Biophysics, NUCCA, DNFT, Diversified, soft tissue work, nutrition, and Functional Medicine to provide her patients the best care and help find the unique treatment needed to help them optimize their life.
Dr. Hall is a key member of the Cottonwood Chiropractic Team in Midvale, Utah. She is practicing Chiropractic Biophysics and Functional Medicine. Patient’s have come to rely on her for full body quality care from top to bottom and inside and out.

The Power of Chiropractic Care
Did you know that our nervous system controls every single function in our body? From feeling pain to proper organ function, a healthy nervous system is critical in ensuring good health.
Nerve energy flows from the brain, down the spine, and into each part of our body, so it only makes sense that even the smallest blockage can lead to diminished nerve flow. If left untreated, diminished nerve flow manifests as pain, disease, and even organ dysfunction.
This is why chiropractic care is so critical. By removing such blockages and restoring the spine back to health, chiropractors enable the body’s life-giving nerve energy to flow, resulting in a healthier you.
